I'm Dean Rainey from New Zealand. I'm a 5th Generation Kiwi. My ancestors James Rainey was born 1861 in London, came to Lyttelton and settled in Kaikoura. I know the whole story from there, but prior to that I believe the NZ Rainey's came from Ireland, and Aberdeen in Scotland before that.
